Services

Gainz Growth Partners provides business brokerage services including but not limited to business valuations, exit planning, sell-side representation, M&A advisory, and related consulting services. The specific terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate written agreement.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide excellent service and achieve favorable outcomes for our clients, we cannot guarantee specific results, sale prices, or timelines. Market conditions, buyer availability, and other factors outside our control may affect outcomes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of our engagement. Specific confidentiality terms will be outlined in our engagement agreement and any applicable non-disclosure agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Gainz Growth Partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Gainz Growth Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Text Messaging Terms

Program. Gainz Growth Partners event and appointment notifications. If you opt in on one of our forms, we send text messages about the event or service you signed up for: confirmations, reminders, directions, and replies to messages you send us.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies by event and is typically fewer than six messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of attending an event or of purchasing any service.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will receive one final message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email bret@gainzgrowthpartners.com.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your mobile number is described in the Text Messaging section of our Privacy Policy.
